Care On the Way charges a credit card 48 hours prior to the booking start time. If the booking is canceled within 48 to 24 hours prior to the booking start time, according to our cancellation policy, you will receive 50% of the total booking minus gateway and administrative fees.
- If credits have been used to partially pay for the booking, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid by your credit card and 50% paid with credits.
- If credits have been used to pay for the booking in full, you will be refunded 50% of the credits charged.
