Once a booking request has been submitted, parents will be able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the start of the booking with no penalties.
- If canceled within 48 hours, parents will be charged 50% of the total booking amount plus gateway and administrative fees.
- If canceled within 24 hours, parents will be charged 100% of the booking amount plus gateway and administrative fees.
When appointments are cancelled, caregivers will receive 75% of the original booking amount as a courtesy for lost time. Care On the Way charges a 25% administrative fee for all cancelled bookings.
If a booking has been submitted and accepted within 24 hours to the start of the booking and needs to be canceled, send us a note and we will handle it in a manner that is satisfactory for both parties.
